Our customer service team will contact you with an authorisation code that you should include within the packaging. We will also confirm the return address.

Ensure that the product being returned is in its original packaging. Send your parcel with strong, secure wrapping and request a ‘proof of posting’ as BeautiBox cannot be liable for returns that are lost within the postal system.
